The International Day for Sexual Violence Elimination event began with an opening prayer by student John Success and a welcome address from program facilitator Mrs. Nnenna Otte. The foundation’s mission and the purpose of the event were introduced by the coordinator, followed by a comprehensive session on sexual violence led by Mr. Adebayo. He covered the types, causes, and prevention of sexual violence, with students receiving informative pamphlets for deeper understanding.
Students actively participated in the session, asked questions, and gave interviews expressing their gratitude for the foundation’s support. The event concluded with refreshments, leaving the participants in high spirits.
Methodology:
- Community Mobilization: Reminders via calls and messages ensured strong attendance.
- Organizational Arrangements: Venue was cleaned and set up to provide a conducive learning space.

Results:
Attendance: 73 students (30 male, 43 female), surpassing the target of 50.
Engagement: Students were actively involved and enthusiastic throughout the session.
Recommendation:
Enhance outreach through social media and community influencers to boost future attendance.
